A spider in our garden staring at me!

This light pink, kind of transparent spider, with brown stripes on the legs is spinning nets really fast in our garden! Maybe it's a cross spider/European garden spider (lightly toxic bites)? I don't know.

I was glad it was on the other side of the net... :)

Seed heads are quite beautiful!

This is a seed head of "Jack-go-to-bed-at-noon" (funny name!). The Latin name is Tragopogon hybridus.
