Matured and abandoned...

Dilapidated old house in Heraklion

When I see all these dilapidated, old, but still charmy, houses I dream about how one could fix them up...  How beautiful homes they would become!

Pomegranate

This old blue door you find at the street Em. Kaniadaki in Hersonissos at Crete. It's the street which goes up
from Café Quarto at the main road. Aren't the shelfs made of concrete to the right of the door awesome...

Den här gamla blå dörren finns på gatan Em. Kaniadaki i Hersonissos på Kreta. Det är gatan som går uppåt från Quarto café på huvudgatan. Är inte hyllorna i betong till höger om dörren fina, så säg...

Spinalonga

We took a boattrip to the island of Spinalonga (close to Elounda, Crete) which was a leprosy colony 'til 1957. The island has become very famous after the bestseller written by Victoria Hilslop; "The island".

Welcome to see more pictures and read a little about Spinalonga in my other blog, Greek Salad - a blog from Greece: Spinalonga
