...can be in just curtains as well!
My favourite village, Vrahassi, at Crete.

Irons reaching for the sky
Haven't had time to post put any photos for a couple of days...we're opening up a new cafeteria you see!
Decided to put some letters on my photos! What do you think? Too big maybe. Anyway, when I borrow pictures from Googles pictures for my other blog I wish that they all should be signed somehow - it would make it so much easier.

Life goes on
It's somehow crazy how life just goes on despite the terrible earthquake and tsunami that killed thousands of people in Japan the other day. We feel for them.

A small shadow
When I was out today with our dog here in Glyfada I suddenly noticed this shadow on the pavement! I really like this picture, especially with the wheels up to the right! This is Greece from a different kind of view, don't you think?!

Kathará Deftéra
Returning back from a very nice excursion to Loutraki...
It was raining(and still is!) and I was looking at the thermometer all the time; only plus 2 celcius...a couple of degrees lower and we would have snow on the road!

Cretan village-yard...
A typical yard in front of an old small house in Hersonissos. And with the jeep typically waiting to be repaired...
Flour-mill in Limnes
Beautiful old mill in Limnes, Crete. Or was it the village Homeriakos...well, I'm not sure. Anyway, it's about 10 km from the town Agios Nikolaos. Olivetrees in the foreground, what else? Nothing is more characteristic of Crete than the olivetrees! Millions of trees are growing all over this beautiful island!

Well...
I have forgotten the name of the tiny little village where I found this motive. I don't know why, but I also like old iron and things laying around, even if it of course would be better of for recycling...
